What an incredible trip we had!
After we landed in Miami on Tuesday, we caught a cab straight to the seaport and awaited the “OK” to board the ship! We were sixth in line, sipping on disgustingly sweet lemonade that gave you heartburn and started our vacation in record time! Salsa music was pumping on the pool deck and the buffet was full (oh so full, like are our bellies!)
We soaked in the sunshine, napped under palm trees on white sandy beaches. We snorkeled with the rainbow colored fish (Andrew sad that he couldn’t catch any), swimming through a shipwreck. We ate ( and I have finally come to terms, with extreme sadness from my tastebuds, that after being hit with a violent reaction almost instantly at dinner, I am definitely allergic to lobster.)
We drank lots of tropical & fruity deliciousness, danced to a live band & ate magical guacamole on Cinco de mayo, we watched movies under the stars and ate dinner each night with an equally cool and hilarious couple as us!
Mr surprised me with a relaxing spa day for mother’s day while he sipped on Corona’s poolside.
We spent half of our last day in Miami, checking out the beach and shops, eating a delicious lunch outside and the other half waiting for our 3 hour delayed flight back home.
It’s nothing like the filet I devoured last night but with our pizza hut in hand, our zone has been called and able to board.
We’re ready to get home.
Get ready Tomer boys…. Mama and Dada are coming!
Keep Smiling! Xx
